REFORMER FLOW
The Foundations
Our Reformer Flow Class will work to balance all muscle groups with an emphasis on strengthening and initiating movement from your core. We will ensure your form, posture, and breath are beautifully aligned to give you the most benefit from each class. This class will incorporate small props and plenty of modifications to customize the difficulty of your workout. All experience levels are welcome!
REFORMER CARDIO JUMP
Upbeat
This high-energy class will get you jumping for joy with a trampoline-like board that attaches to one end of the Pilates Reformer. We use varying spring resistance to challenge you throughout the workout. The heavier tension will target your legs, while the lighter tension will challenge your abdominals and body control. You'll feel your heart rate rise as you tone your body, strengthen your pelvic floor, and improve your motor coordination and balance all while staying gentle on your joints.
*You must have prior experience with Reformer Jump or have instructor approval to attend.
REFORMER EMPOWER
Strength
Take your Reformer Flow up a notch! This class incorporates kettlebell weight training with our signature Pilates Reformer repertoire to further challenge and build stability, coordination, balance, and strength!
You will leave each class feeling Empowered!
*Prerequisite: Must have been consistent in Pilates routine or have instructor permission to take this class.
